It is located in the city of Brea, California, United States. Should I go there to get repairs done on my Lexus IS 250, or should I consider another place?
I've heard the dealer makes you pay double the price of a good auto shop, but I'm not too sure about that.

I went to a dealer once... and it was OUTRAGEOUS. Dealers are for people whose car is still under warranty and the work they need done is covered under that warranty. Never go there for regular repairs.

it is going to cost slightly greater to take it into the Nissan save regardless of the incontrovertible fact that it relatively is worth it. in addition they are going to guarantee their artwork. possibility is that if its purely a rattle it wouldnt be something impotant. Atleast they are able to grant you an estimate becasue thats what you relatively need. they might even fix it at free of charge.
