On the mass society really I suppose, I'm not sure how to word it, but on mainstream culture, and how it aided movements such as the Anti-War movement, and, others maybe?
Is there much to expland on under 'The effects of the counter culture on _____'?

Try sex, that is the single biggest change we've ever had thanks to those good old hippies. Realize before their time recreational sex wasn't even talk about better yet accepted. Better yet and this is in history, that females had the ability to have sex WITHOUT the fear of getting pragnant, yea there was condoms since Roman times, but no Pill. This little wonder is a new marvel thats trasformed sex in society more then bra's being burned. Now look at our culture, listen to our music, you went to highschool right? See how much free sex is being thrown around? Wasn't like that to the hippie free-love movement hit head on with womans lib. Is it a good thing, you be the judge..... now as far as ending war in vietnam, lol look at Iraq, same style, now look at our culture, same style? Not really huh, bet were all a little bit buzy enjoying our recreational sex now to be too concern with such things....

I dont think of the counterculture stream of the 60s had a great number of something to do with communism, they have been thoroughly unrelated subjects. The hippies shown against the conflict in Viet Nam, through fact it improve into an unjust, mindless, outstanding fee of lives conflict. it is to no longer say they have been communists. i think of the hippies have been human beings, yet they only didnt like what u.s. had improve into in the time of Viet Nam, and that's what they protested against. If the hippies have been communists, then why did a great number of of them for the reason that improve into employer variety human beings interior the years after the 60s? i think of the entire premise of linking the hippy stream to the communists is incorrect information, has no foundation in actuality, and in simple terms defective. the only conceivable simple denominator between the two is that the two have been anti u.s. of 1968, which doesnt unify them in any way.
