I noticed that the US depends a lot on militias abroad . they even gave Saddame Husain to a miltia to hang him and US officials move aroud in Baghdad not under the protection of thier army but under the protection of a security company called Blackwater which practically has a militia . where this idea come from ? is it only a reflection that what rules the US is militias without people feeling it ?

First of all, Saddam Hussein was left at the disposal of the Iraqi government, not a militia. Second, Blackwater is not a militia either. Militias are are groups of private citizens maintained to defend against threats in one's own country. They operate independently of the government and are usually only called upon in emergencies. The right for citizens to organize militias is also protected under the 2nd amendment.

I have no idea where you're getting this stuff from but it's not true.
