how do i find out the name of my video card?

i use a dell dimension 3100c pc.
i want to find it out to see if i can upgrade it or somethin..

try going to control panel - click on display and check the settings tab- it should display the name of your video card..

yuo have to do more than that to upgrade it but if you want to know, if you even have one, go to (click on):
start menu
control panels
system
hardware (tab)
device manager
display adaptors
-and it should have the name, if its anyhting like intel or anyhting like that, you dont have one, its just integrated (non replacable, but you might be able to add 1)
if its something like nvidia or ati then it is most likely replaceable but you have to have a bunch of other information than just the name of the card to be able to replace it.
