One of the greatest perceptions of life could be said as...
All experiences bad or good are simply "experiences" along the stepping stones of living.
This is not boring because beng unattached to them, we can choose which ones we can decide to revel in (the happy ones), and which ones we can just learn and pass on by (the sad or undesired ones).
Truly it is the work of enjoying how we can feel as we visit this existence moment by monent...

Hi The most fundamental application I can think of that would apply to most situations would be; I was happy when I got what I thought I wanted and I was sad when I didn't get what I thought I wanted as a basic understanding ie fly/sink, elated/depressed. good/bad like/dislike
There must be a better way, a way off the roller coaster ride of emotions based on what?
What I think I want.. a fantasy at best a disappointment in general unless I get what I want, the way I want it, when I want it, then and only then would I truly feel happy...
I share this in laughter, realizing I have believed this true, until I began to question what I take for granted as being a matter of course

You might be bipolar...its not that uncommon. My step-grandmother has it and she's a ******* nightmare!! It just depends on the severity of it. I would go to the doctor if I were you. Good luck! ;)
