Not yet, but if we don't start standing up for our constitutional rights for freedom of speech we may lose it. There have been many cases on video and television where people are getting arrested for protesting and doing nothing wrong. If we don't fight to help them and let the world know whats going on the government will eventually take this right away.

It is over in the USA. We lost it. You can be arrested now for just about everything. One of the newest laws that is being put together is a law on road rage. And I understand that road rage is overall getting out of control. BUT this law is going to make it illegal to even go as far as yelling verbally at whoever ticks you off. So I ask where is my freedom of speech?

Not yet. Some of it's been taken away because of George W. Bush. But as for the future, noone really knows if free speech is here to stay or not. I hope free speech stays.

In the WORLD ? No, though you have Myannmar's government organizing "Pro-government" rallies at gunpoint or threat of loss of "privileges" (what we know as rights).
Here in the USA... sweet LORD, you have ENDLESS freedom of speech... even if you are a criminal. We have convicted felons getting awards from the BET, illegal aliens protesting... etc
DON'T ANYONE suggest it's "GONE" ... but stand alert

Depends on how you define the world. If you are only concerned with the states it is probably a lot weaker and in serious threat. but it is still safe in several other countries.
