I need a balanced symbol equation for :
Magnesium + hydrochloric acid = magnesium chloride + salt + hydrogen.
I think that's right anyway...If there's any problems please say (:

Mg + 2HCl = MgCl2 + 2H

I am not sure why you said salt as well. MgCl2 is a type of salt.
