1/s^5 = s^(-5)

a(s) = -12(s^(-5))

=(-12)(-5)s^(-4)
=60s^(-4)
or 60/(s^(-4))

= -12*s^-5
= -12 (-5) s^-6
= 60 / s^6

Uuse quotient rule:
a(s) = -12/s^5
a'(s) =- (-12*5s^4/s^10
a'(s) = 60/s^6
