For 8th grade we are going to Washington D.C. We are doing lots of tourism and go to bed late get up early, and I don't want to have a cold or anything on top of it. Should I use airborne for the airport or does anyone know of any alternatives?

I had a very bad head cold. And I discovered airborne. I tell you that drug is wonderful and does really worked. After two or three doses ( before the cold became fulminant) warm fluids and soups and rest; I felt 100% better. My nasal and head congestion was relieved. My fever dissipates immediately along with the general feeling of weakness and unwell. In addition, the flat taste was tolerable.

Crowded places and with poor ventilation system are conducive for these bugs to thrive. And certainly lack of sleep would compromise your immune system. Make sure, you take along a lot of vitamins and minerals esp Vit C and tag along OTC anti-diarrheal meds and sore throat lozenges.
