The first thing is to define what you think of as a genius. This is an overused term, and it can mean different things to different people. However, if by 'genius' you mean someone who is very knowledgeable or talented in certain areas of life, then I think they can have a balenced life. There may be some areas they might have more difficulty getting used to or feeling comfortable with, but everyone is that way. No one can honestly boast of being perfect in every single area of life.

I do believe that people can not be perfect. You can be brilliant in one area (genius like Einstein) but I am sure he is not too bright at normal life like cooking a dinner for 10. He must spend lots of his energy and time in the area he is good in. I believe that genius can have a well balanced life with the help of his friends, family, and people who are around him. however he cannot be good at all of areas of life that will be GOD.

Of course a genius can have a well balanced life! I would argue that if someone is a genius then they would have the intellect to be clever in other ways too.

No it dosn't have to be this way, there are stereotyped ideas that have little basis in reality, intelligent people will be representative of the rest of the populations, some will have good social skills, be funny, extroverted etc and others will not. I am a scientist and teach at University and i know several highly intelligent people who are the 'life of the party'.
