I did 62 curl ups for gym on friday and I pushed my self to much and now my stomach muscle is killing me. Is there some kind of way to help it heal faster or something?

Let it rest, for the first 24 hours apply 15 min of heat, then 15 min of ice, alternately. After that, best to use ice (it helps keep down inflamation). You can also take Aleve as directed if you aren't allergic. Good luck, and be sure to give that muscle time to heal, then slowly start your weight program again.

hold hands above head
bend in various directions keeping back and chest straight
hold in position for 15-30 sec
