Yes as a matter of fact I do. I live in a very small town in Nevada and the speed limit on the main street that sets behind my house is 25 miles per hour. Children walk on the main street to and from school on weekdays and people speed up and down the street daily. We do have casinos in our town and the police all 15 of them seem more interested in catching drunk drivers on the boulevard then on this street where the children are. I have complained several times but until a couple children are killed I don't think they care.

Yes! The cross walk by the high school has not been painted for years and you can't even see the lines! It is a 3-way stop and it has been neglected like that for years! One girl was hit by a car and the city still won't do anything about it! I even threatened, in a letter to the editor of the newspaper, to go paint it myself and still, 3 years later, there it sits in the same condition while they are planting trees and filling potholes all over town! Ridiculous! Road maintenance around school districts should be TOP priority!

The realization of the gravity of crime, I think.

For example, there was a lock down at a local high school, and the students were just goofing off and not taking it seriously. Fortunately it turned out to be a spoof, but if there was an actual threat it would have been very dangerous.

Hope it helps!

The building I work in isn't really compliant with a small few OSHA laws, they had a bad mold problem and didn't replace the carpets (I work in a basement), and instead of having a defibrillator accessible, they trained one person who keeps it at their desk, and a battery in place of the defib machine. The worst part is that no one knows who actually has the defib...

In my work place I feel the caregivers are not trained as thouroughly as they should be in infection control and emergency procedures in a clients home.
