I don't think I am cooking tonight because we have so many leftovers.
MY FAVORITE to cook is the works...
Either fried chicken or fish, baked macaroni and cheese, buttered rice, black eyed peas or pinto beans and greens(both made with smoked turkey), cornbread, and got to have either potato salad, mac salad, or pasta/seafood salad.
OR all those sides with a roast turkey or roast chicken
OR Sweet and Sour pot roast using my mom's recipe
OR on a really cold day, a nice hearty beef or chicken stew.
(I made chicken and turkey with dumplings last night...which is why I'm not cooking tonight.)

I love to cook. It is a wonder I did not gain back every single pound back that I've lost!!! Cuz I'm a good cook!

Edit:BUT OF COURSE! We can do the chicken pot pie, too. I make good pot pies!:D

Sounds delish, I could use a good Chix Pot Pie Recipe.
I'm going to make a chicken casserole of some sort...
I want Chili, but i don't have the stuff to make it and i don't feel like going to the store.

I eat dinner on Sundays. It's not a formalized thing, though. I usually have a microwave Healthy Choice meal or a sandwich.

I use to cook Sunday dinner when My kids were home. Not any more. Our favorite was roast with potato's and carrots. Hot steamy yeast rolls and banana pudding for desert.

Yup :) It's a tradition I have carried over from my Grandmother. Now, all four of my kids come to dinner every Sunday.

We have a roast every Sunday!

Today we had roast lamb with fresh, homemade, mint sauce. Mashed and roast potato's, carrots, cauliflower, peas, roast parsnips and Yorkshire puddings with gravy!

That is my favorite Sunday dinner, but I would normally have broccoli instead of the peas but I forgot to buy it!

If I miss dinner, I do not get sleep.
So at least a cup of milk and some toast.
If I skip dinner, that is.

My family used to, but we kinda stopped when my grandpa died earlier this year... My favorite dinners were anything warm, like soup, casseroles, etc.
