Firstly, it sounds like you are off to a great beginning in preparation for a career in law. As someone who has personal academic experience in a facet of law (Business Law), as well as professional experience, I can attest that you have your direction securely focused.

Here are a few courses that I think will aid you in the field of law. It is no surprise that many are business related, but some are criminally related also:

Clauses & Contracts
Constitutional Law
Criminal Procedure
Entrepreneurship & Partnerships
Insurance & Liability
Judicial Precedence & Rulings
Land Use, Regulation, & Zoning
National & State Government

These are just a few of the many classes that will help you in the career of law. While you may not use some of those classes in the field of criminal defense, many law students still take it because it gives you a broad understanding of the facets of law itself. Good luck!

It sounds to me like you are off to a great start! The most important factors to most law schools is your ability to read volumes of material and to write well. The one thing I think you still may be able to do, which may be difficult depending upon your school's offerings, is to get involved in debate. That will teach you the ability to form an argument and to present it orally, which is also obviously extremely important as a criminal defense lawyer. If your school offers a debate team (that may come in high school or college) definitely take advantage of it.
