Are you kidding me? The All Star game is not even close to being as huge as the Superbowl. EVERYONE watches the Superbowl. People who don't watch a single game during the regular season will turn in to the Superbowl because it's THE SUPERBOWL. It's just one big event. The commericals. The stars. Everything.
I am willing to bet that the All Star game ratings aren't half of the Superbowl. The ratings for the All Star game have been sliding the last couple of years.
Football is America's sport.

What kind of question is this? Of course the Super Bowl is bigger than the NBA All-Star Game, hell the Daytona 500 is bigger (and better IMO) than the NBA All-Star Game.
That's my 2 for 2.

The superbowl. However, I think College Football BCS National Championship Game is the best.

SuperBowl still gets more viewers and makes more money than any other sporting event in the world...and actually, it is still getting bigger...while ESPN and others have commented on the NBA losing some audience.

This isn't even a question! The Superbowl! Hell, some people watch it just for the comercials. That doesn't happen with anything else. Companies make special comericals just for the Superbowl (they are funny) too.
Football all the way!
