I do a good job of avoiding all fried foods, but I have a hard time turning down Southern fried chicken and real French fries, not that frozen junk.

Never had them, but I seen them on the Diners, Dives, and Drive Ins... They look super tasty, but SODIUM!!! Woah.

Cuz caint nobody do it like me...
Catfish, haddock, flounder, whiting, boneless skinless chicken breasts, which I have also been known to cut into "fingers" or "nuggets", thighs, drums, wings, country fried steak, french fries, batter dipped onion rings or onion wedges, broccoli, colliflower, mushrooms, zuccini, eggplant...

vegetable tempura, fried dumplings .. mozzerella sticks .. too undesirable i cant quite consume fried ingredients anymore thooo ohh yeahh, and fried cakes :; zeppoles and funnel cakeee !
