Dollar bill??
The only 1907 note I know of is the $5 United States note.
The value of that note varies over a very wide range depending on condition - anywhere from about $25 on up to several hundred dollars.
I have provided a listing of all such notes presently for sale on eBay. This will give you an idea of what yours would sell for.

http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&combine=y&catref=C6&fcl=3&from=R10&ftid=2&fcd=1&satitle=1907+&sacat=40028%26catref%3DC6&sabfmts=1&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1&coaction=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search

In the future, please remember that there is no such thing as too much detail when asking this type of question. It forces me to guess what you're asking.

Not so easy. It depends on condition and a number of other factors, one small corner fold can cut the value in half, a number of creases can reduce the value to relatively very little. Also depends on where you sell it, currency usually sells best in the country of origin.
