Yea, and and most people do unless they are playing in a league less than their abilities, such as a pro football player playing in an amateur league.

No, it's usually the opposite because I used to think that I would rather be a big fish in a little pond than a little fish in a big ocean but I'm currently not being challenged and I'm getting bored so I think I'll begin swimming upstream.

Actually, I've felt the opposite. I was working with a bunch of morons who were my bosses. That's every bit as stressful.
