No, it's usually the opposite because I used to think that I would rather be a big fish in a little pond than a little fish in a big ocean but I'm currently not being challenged and I'm getting bored so I think I'll begin swimming upstream.

Actually, I've felt the opposite. I was working with a bunch of morons who were my bosses. That's every bit as stressful.
