Yes. This is automatically true based on the very nature of freedom and morality. Anything that people are allowed to do and have the moral right to do is a freedom, but things which people are allowed to do but do NOT have the moral right to do are NOT freedoms. So there is a maximum amount of freedom that people can have, and if they have less than this amount, then their rights are being infringed upon.

No. We must insure that our freedoms do not infringe on others freedoms.

For example, if I lived in a subdivision and wanted to play loud music from outdoor speakers 24 hours a day.......after all I am free, aren't I...............I should not be allowed to do so because that freedom was infringing on others sanctity because they have a right to pleasurable enjoyment of their home.

One can make all kinds of examples where civilized society needs to place restraints on "freedoms" Freedom does not mean anarchy.

For another classic example. I have the right to free speech guaranteed to me under Article 1 of the US Constitution but I can not exercise that freedom by yelling FIRE in a crowded theater because that action might harm others.

I do not have freedom to adversely impact you. Another example is my freedom to smoke cigarettes ends when my smoke hits the end of your nose...and on and on and on and on....

Regards

Yes. This includes being allowed to paint your house any color you want, irregardless of what a homeowner's association may dictate.
It is only through freedom that the economy can blossom and people can be creative; govenment (and others) dictation suppresses the soul.

Unlimited freedom can cause havoc. There have to be laws and limitations to prevent this or we will end up living like in the Old West.
