I do not believe that your formula "HKBr03" is correct. Probably you are asking: KBr+KBr03 --> Br2 and what? Keeping K or replacing K by Na is trivial, since K is a spectator.

KBrO3 + 5KBr + 3H2SO4 ==> 3K2SO4 + 3Br2 + 3H2O
