But you could be killed if you dont let the other person win.
And if i defend them and they win (the person i have)family members of the other victim(that lost) will look for me and kill me!

What is another similar job that is not of to much risk.
But i really want to be a lawyer.
Is there a better job to get more money!
Another question what is the best or a good university in New York City?

I think you have been watching far too much television! First of all, not all law is criminal law. The vast majority of lawyers never enter a courtroom and spend their times arranging deals, writing contracts, reviewing materials for liability, etc. I am a lawyer and I don't know a single person who was ever killed either for losing for their client or for winning by the victim. Calm down. If you want to be a lawyer, there are lots of opportunities for you (but don't do it just to make money, or you will be miserable). The best universities in NYC are Columbia and NYU - both are outstanding. There are lots of other good places too, like Baruch, Hunter, Fordham, etc.

Um, there are many MANY other types of lawyers other than criminal defense lawyers or criminal prosecutors. Most lawyers don't even see the inside of a courtroom. There are a lot of different areas of law you can go in to where you will not have to deal with criminals. Do some research and ask a law adviser on your campus.
