Do they think that by honking 3 minutes, traffic will change or speed it up for that matter? I find it, as a pedestrian, quite annoying!!!!

That's a good observation. I guess people think that they'll get results if they honk their horns. Or it's just them releasind their frustrations by honking their horns, pissing everyone else off.

Come in Rome, it’s always, night and day, like when Italy won Soccer World Cup.
If for a "normal man" the time of answer to the stimulus of a "light variation" is approximately of 3 seconds, some Roman drivers “honk” repeatedly at the same time when the traffic lights turned green.
Maybe, in the Roman DNA there is a unknown character who allows the sound to travel more fastly of the light!!!!

that annoys me too unless i am doing it because the stupid person in front of me wont get off their cell and drive through the green light....i don't do it for 3 minutes...but that is annoying...

ha!!you should see in greece!!i swear their hands are a part of the horn!it annoys me too,i mean traffic isn't going to vainsh just because you beep your horn!sometimes when sby beeps their horn at me i go even slower!!haha!!

They don't know what to do with the excess glue they have. I know it's pretty annoying.
