A car accident is often like the elephant described by the blind men. Visual perspective, as well as timing and personal prejudice condition almost everything we think we see.

1) No, each would differ to some extent, some differing more than others.

2) They would differ dependent on the position each person was at in relation to the accident, the frame of mind of the person at the time, the age and experience of the person, and any prejudices the person had at the time.

3) Everyone is different, so the way they think will depend on what they know and how they view what they do know. When experiencing something new they then will try to relate to it by associating it in a context they are already familiar with. Also, where they were at in relation to the accident will determine what they were able to see from their vantage point, which will be different form another person, even if that other person was only standing a few feet away from them at the time.

All of these factors combined make for discrepancies from one person to another. Therefore it is suspicious when two or more people have exactly the same accounting. Police and lawyers tend to look for similarities in the different accountings to get an overview of what actually occurred.

If Ten People saw a Car accident, I do think that all of them would say the same thing, and here's why, because people do not have the same images of all the rest, so, what their individual minds perceive what they saw is not the same as the rest.

There would be discrepancies in nearly everyone's accountant of the accident, but usually the main fact would be agreed upon. No one sees everything the same same way in detail, such as where the person was standing or they were driving their car. What they were doing at the time being as were they completely giving the situation, including their vision, their full attention, or were they partially or fully occupied, or was there something in the way of field of vision for one when another did not. Another thing is no one hears everything the same.

No,the reports wouldnt say the same thing. They woud differ by whose fault was the accident?,could it have been stopped?,should serious actions be taken??People have different views on whats right and wrong. So the person at fault could be different in certain people. How exactly is this a philosophy questoin anyway? It doesnt take any deep thought, just common sense!
