for starting right now its not really ment for anyone to hear, just to practice if i got an electric same for acoustic. personally i think it would be better to get an elctric no amp and learn some of it and see how i like it then get an amp and try it out. eventually i want to get an electric so im thinking why not start with it first, but i want to see other peoples opinions and see what they think.

You can play electric without plugging into an amp. It's loud enough for you to hear. Just not really loud enough for others to hear. Also, you can't get all the electronic effects like reverb and distortion without an amp. But just to start. Why not? Get an amp later when you have the money. Electric is also typically easier to play because the strings are thinner.

go for an acoustic, if you master the acoustic then move onto electric the electric will seem alot easier due to its thinner neck and closer strings, you should get a classical guitar they sound awesome. or add nylon strings to an acoustic
