Radical Islamists believe that the destruction of the “godless communists” is a worthy goal and was part of the impetus for the recruitment throughout the Islamic world to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan. Remember that Reagan funded and trained those Islamic radicals.
The Bush policies may make various groups around the world see some common ground for opposition to those policies but there is no sense of unity between conservative fundamentalist right-wing Islamic extremists and leftists.

The fact is this.....left wingers believe that if they are in bed with the radicals, be it Islam or Marxist, or commies doesn't matter, they believe that they will be the new appointees to rule the USA.....and that is what they truly believe. But history tells us differently doesn't it....those that betray their own are unworthy to rule in any capacity for they will in turn turn on the new rulers......darn..........I am tired of those that we gave power too, using it to bring about our ruin.
