Perhaps Laila should get best answer, for your question is not only vague but incoherent.

The number of lines you have in a job as a professional is not how you are paid. You are paid by the number of days you work. Also, when you start, your first acting jobs will be one day gigs with like one or two lines. No beginner auditions for the main roles, they are precast long before there are any roles to be filled via interviews. In a commercial, you might get a reading for a supporting role to the main character if your agent thinks you can handle it.
