The money for games depends on how it is spelled out in their contract...Sometimes they get performance incentives, if they do get a certain amount of TDs on offense or sacks or INTs on defense...but it is over the whole season, not just a game...

No, not for each touchdown or interception. However, sometimes players have incentives built into their contracts depending on how they perform but they are not on a game by game basis, usually only for performance over the whole season.

Depends on what kind of an individual contract they have. Some players may have incentives that my pay bonuses if they reach certain milestones, but I don't think it is very common in pro football.
