I've noticed in my hometown Gamestop that if someone looks underage and tries to purchase an "M" rated game, they usually ask for I.D. So I'd say it depends on how old you LOOK.

No. People like you ruin gaming for the rest of us. Go get your mom to buy it and then complain and sue somebody cause she bought you the game that says your to young to play.
