I love spicy hot wings with a side of ranch or blue cheese. The celery helps cool down too!

anything habenero in it is Hot!
make your own sauce and freeze it..
in seaport village there a place with all kinds of sauces can't remember name!(San Diego) look up on web!

hands down it's blue cheese dressing, something to counteract the heat of the crystal hot sauce that's already on the wings (so the tummy won't scream).

I don't dip my wings, they're messy enough as it is. My favorites are the char grilled bbq wings at a local place here.
