I think there are only so many ways in which to start questions. The style which you state is not uncomman. People who say 'we' want to shown that they are part of a group, people who say 'I' want to show that they are independant. There is nothing wrong per say with either. In some ways its about like the debate on Kate McCanns intial cry for help in the Tapas Bar ie 'They' have taken her, as opposed to 'he' has taken her. I would not worry about it to be honest it is more important to ask and answer questions rather than get involved with certain individual posters which to do so is against the T&C's anyway.

Well to be fair it would be slightly daft to begin a McCann question with 'Smith' or 'Marmalade' so there are really only so many avenues open to posters.

Many questions are started identically. It is because they are questions about the same topic

In the case of the McCanns, I think it's more like 200, mate.

tut tut

you shouldn't laugh at your own 'jokes'

but in answer to your question, I'm sure lots of people start their question with the word McCann, so they can attract more people to answer

Breaking news - the McCanns all died in a mysterious car crash. Or did I make that up? It's so confusing!
