He's being charged with attempted armed robbery and criminal trespass. Since there were deadly weapons involved in the commission of these crimes, the sentence is doubled under Nevada law. That means a potential of 40 years in prison. Also, since deadly weapons were involved, he will have to serve 80% of any adjudged sentence before his first parole hearing.

Will never happen. OJ is too rich, too famous and got away with slaughtering two people and practically decapitating them.

There will never be sentence long enough. Crimes, kidnapping, weapons , etc
