It's not on in most of Arizona. The Cardinals are playing a home game at the same time and NFL rules say that there can't be any competition with a home game of the local team.

The game will be aired nationally on CBS. Unfortunately, for me, we have watch the Raiders game on the local CBS affiliate. Check your CBS station. The game comes on at 1:15 PT.
