I'm looking for somewhere that will sell things like individual yogurt.

The Mirage has a convenience store, "The Roasted Bean Shoppe". IMO that's your best bet, you will get enough walking, there is no sense in walking a long distance out of your way to save a few cents.
If you just happen to be at the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood there is a convenience store that has very reasonable prices(bottle water, etc)
Or, there are two Walgreen stores on the strip, one at 1101 LV Blvd S and the other at 3025 LV Blvd S.
To orient you, the Mirage is at 3400 LV Blvd S & Caesars Palace address is 3570 LV Blvd S.
If you have a car, there are several Albertson's within 3 miles of the strip.

The closest place is a CVS Pharmacy south of the Mirage next to the Monte Carlo, but's it's kind of far.
There's also a Green Valley Grocery at:

Just south of the Mirage on the strip is a CVS and across the street from CVS is a Walgreens. They both sell what you are looking for and a lot cheaper than the gift shop inside the Mirage.

There's a store on North side of Flamingo Road, East of the Barbary Coast -not sure if they sell stuff like yoghurt there, I only ever bought beer there.
(Yes there's free beer in the casino at the Imperial Palace - I bought beer for my hotel room).
