Is there any women out there with this problem? I go online and it seems very common in men. This whole time I thought it was somethig wrong with my urethra or bladder. When my uralogists did an exam she touched this muscle in me and it hurt so bad. In 2 weeks I am having a Cystoscopy, while under I am having my Levator Ani injected with steriod and pain killers. Has anyone else had this?

Yes, there are some women who have a problem with the group of muscles called the Levator Ani. When this group of muscles spasm it can because of things like Interstitial Cystitis or problems with the bowel such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Some women on some of the lists I'm on for vulvodynia (pain of the external genital area called the vulva) have gotten help from a physical therapist that is specially trained to work with these muscles.
