Unless you're allergic to chocolate, why would you want to go a week without it? Chocolate is good for you. It has anti-oxidants in it which help keep you healthy. It's an anti-depressant and it stimulates the secretion of endorphins.

Can you tell that I look for excuses to eat chocolate?! I think I'll have some right now!

It is hard for I love chocolate...but i have gone a whole week of chocolate then it seems i make up for it the next.

Sure, I can. No big deal. But just a few chocolate chips (like maybe 5 or 7) can really head off that craving without doing me any real harm.

Oh the mental games we play just to satisfy our cravings, eh?

i can go without chocolate.. my obsession is salty stuff like pickles and crab meat. i know it isnt healthy, but thats what i crave instead of chocolate.
