Im planning to open a AnF and Hollister retail store in my country because no one else sells original AnF clothing here.
I've read that most AnF wholesalers sell nothing but fakes, but im interested in selling originals, so I dont want to take any chances.
Is actually going into the store and buying a lot of their stuff at retail price and re-selling them at my country legal?
Do I need some kind of permission from AnF?
If i don't need explicit permission from Abercrombie, is it ok to go to an AnF store and buying, for example 10 polos of the same size and color, or will the employees start asking questions or something?

Its legal if you sell re bought items on like ebay or amazon, but to open your own store and sell them its not really aloud. If its like a goodwill type of store i think its differnent, but to sell another companys clothes in a clothing store its not aloud.

I'm currently in a country that doesn't sell AF, but you can find real authentic AF merchandise here because people buy it from the US and sell it here. They pretty much pay retail and have a huge mark up on them.

Buying alot of the same stuff will raise questions. In some areas, AF has limited the quantity that you can buy at a retail store per day at 25.

Sorry, I didn't really answer your question.

You can resell anything you want, but buying them from a retail store (paying retail prices) and reselling them at retail prices would be difficult. Also, you could not use their name in your store's name, since that would be copyright infringement. Also, if there are other stores selling fake A&F clothing, at a much reduced price, why would anyone buy from you? People want to give the appearance that they have the money to buy these clothes. They're not buying for the quality, they're buying for the name.

first you should check with an A&F store to see if it is legal...and then make sure you buy the clothing from a big company so that maybe you could get deals, and no the employees wont ask any questions cuz its better the more people buy..and its non of their busniess

I do not know, but second hand clothing stores do it all of the time.
