You're using the plug that's very close to what Kawasaki recommends.
br9eix - High Performance Iridium
br9evx - High Performance Platinum
You won't notice the difference between the two.
I use br8egv in my MX bikes - Gold Palladium Center Electrode Special Construction of V-Type Racing Use.
Kawasaki recommends the heat range to be "9" - use that # in your bike.
The "egv" is less prone to fouling under all riding conditions.
I mainly use my MX bikes for trail riding now. And the plugs last forever.
If you're constantly fouling plugs, changing the spark plug type isn't the answer.
Make sure the air cleaner is clean and not over oiled.
That will cause a rich running condition and foul the plug.
Your bike, the most likely condition is a worn out top end (cylinder, piston & rings).
When the compression falls below normal (even just a slight amount), the oil in the pre-mix doesn't get fully burned and fouls the plug.
If you haven't changed the top end in a couple of years, don't waste your time performing a compression test.
Just rebuild the top end.
Check the piston to cylinder clearance to see if the cylinder is in working condition.

On a two stroke engine it is common for them to foul spark plugs. But not every day or even weekly. Do you replace the plug or just clean it? Does the plug look black and sooty? Or does it look wet? Might just be having too much oil in the gas/oil mix.
