It depends on whether your school offers a lot of 1 and 2-unit courses or not. Where I currently work, you can get one unit for an internship, and 2 for dance classes or music lessons, but everything else is at least 3 units, so unless your schedule consisted of an internship, piano, guitar, and 8 dance classes (not the most academic of schedules!), you couldn't have 11 different different subject matters. You would probably be in good shape, though, from all that dancing!

I guess it might be possible if the college has a lot of 1 credit hour courses. They usually have a few (usually physical ed classes). It is possible but sort of unlikely.
