and no I dont have a girlfriend, I fell in love a couple of years ago, I let her go, and I dont know if I can do any better, and just thinking about love and the beauty of woman depresses and saddens me

I am 41 and I still look at porn, but it does not consume all my free time. It is normal for a guy to check out some porn every now and then just so long as you are not obsessive about it.
As far as the girl friend thing goes, as long as you make yourself available and are out going and friendly you most likely will find a new girlfriend, and perhaps you will like/love her more so then the last one.
Don't close no doors or burn any bridges!

Dont worry, its normal. More people watch porn than they will admit & being over a certain age doesnt make it forbidden. Im 27, married, & still watch the odd porno. No big deal.

No, it's not bad unless your entire sexuality is wrapped up in porn. Do you have relationships with others? Or do you only masturbate to porn? If it's the latter, then you may have a problem. If you see other people and have relationships with them, then watching porn every now and then is perfectly healthy.

I'm 23 and i watch it..and i dont have anyother relationships....but i have my limits and when u grow older u kinda are supposed to have more self control...especially if u dont have any relationships....otherwise it's just a waste of life dude....so dont overdo it ....
