Two solutions. You can eviscerate yourself, and dry out a length of your large Colon, selecting an appropriate piece for a G-String. This process should take 6 weeks.
Or you can have Anthonys Spears underwear. This process should take about 5 seconds, or so I've been told.

I own two guitars, and if a string breaks, I just replace lit. Rock On!

Go get a replacement string. They aren't that hard to fix.
