You need to write exactly what you are eating- condiments and all.
Obviously you do not need to eat fried food if you are on a diet- instead eat boiled skinless chicken because it's a low fat food.

I don't think you're ready to diet if you don't realize that EVERYTHING has a different amount of calories. Sorry, but it's the truth.

depends on whatu eat, and how u prepare it. Fried = fattening. baked, = not as much. Pass the Cheetoh's please.
