It depends on what sort on information you want. If all you need it temperature, wind speed and direction and barometric pressure, there are lots of integrated weather stations available. Here is one example of a more advanced weather station that includes things like UV index and solar power:

Thermometer for temperature, minimun maximum type
Barometer for air pressure
Anemometer for wind speed and direction
Hygrometer for measur Relative humidity
Rain Gauge for measuring rainfall
Snow Board for assistance in measuring snowfall along with a yard stick
