Some women start leaking colostrum prior to giving birth & it sounds as if you're one of the "lucky ones"! the wet patch is leukorreah (please forgive my spelling), a discharge that comes with pregnancy. I have to wear a pad from the constant leaking! (I'm 32 weeks). I also have to urinate every 5-15 minutes sometimes. Sometimes I get a break. I guess it depends on where the baby is at the time. At this stage, the baby's head is probably down now, getting ready for delivery in another 2 & a half months. I'm not too sure about your losing weight at this point, but you should be seeing your doctor soon. This will be your last "every 4 weeks" appointment, and then will turn into every 2 weeks & then every week. Certainly bring these things up at your appointment. You may be concerned that your water broke or something. They may do an internal to make sure. But when my water broke, I couldn't get away without a pad! So I doubt it. I wish someone would've told me that once your water breaks (if it does), it keeps flowing until the baby is born! I thought it would just gush & be done! O well, I hope this helps. Good luck & God bless!

Don't freak out but you should make an appt.

First it's normal to leak from your breasts, especially this far along. Secondly, is what you are leaking in your pants clear? Is it in large amounts or a trickle?Sometimes women develop a small leak in the amniotic sac. This should be checked by your doc but most of the time itsn't cause for emergency delivery. You may be put on bed rest.

Your baby is far enough along that even if you had to deliver early, he or she would be fine. Just go tot he doctor ( or ER ) ASAP to be sure everything is fine. The four pound weight loss is a little concerning.

Your breasts leaking is normal. It is called cholostrum and is the sweet substance that your baby will drink when you first start to breastfeed. Then your milk will come. Use breastpads for now and keep your bra on in bed it is less of a nuisance on your sheets!! As for the other end it could be urine from pressure on your bladder but if it is discoloured or has blood in it see your GP or midwife quickly to make sure all is well.

Youre fine. It is normal. You tend to lose water weight off and on.

You'll have a massive amount of discharge and bladder issues the farther along you get, and yes, even discharge alone is enough to wet through your pants. Wear a pad or panty liner.

Wear nursing pads and change them often. The lensinol ones are awesome. THey work better than all of them for super leaky boobies. Every pregnant or new mom has leaks. Its normal.

If you're concerned about anything you can talk to your doctor, but what you're describing sounds totally normal for a 7 month pregnant lady.

Breasts can leak plenty in pregnancy...that's normal.

As for Kegels, if you've got some stress incontinence, it won't stop while you are pregnant...but keep them up. Wear a pantiliner, especially one specially designed for bladder protection, like the brand Tena. Stress incontinence is very normal in pregnancy also.

Some women do lose weight later in pregnancy (as you tend to eat less, since your stomach is getting so cramped), but give your doc a shout just in case.
