With an early ectopic pregnancy, usually you will have pain, localized on one side, that progressively becomes worse and worse. The pain would not just go away with Tylenol. The pain can start anywhere from 5-8 weeks. It is also normal to have spotting/bleeding with an ectopic pregnancy. If you have had any bloodwork done at the doctor's, your beta and progesterone levels would also be unusually low.
Late signs of an ectopic pregnancy are bleeding, severe pelvic pain, shoulder pain, rectal pressure, dizziness, pallor, and feeling "faint".
The symptoms you are describing sound like "normal" pregnancy symptoms.

if you have an ectopic pregnancy and it ruptures, trust me sweetie you'd know it. You'll have an incredably sharp pain on whichever side it is that the fallopian tube ruptures. It's the worst pain I've ever felt. Then in a short time you'll shoulder will hurt and you'll start to get shortness of breath. If you're worried somethings wrong now go to a doc and they'll do an internal ultrasound and look to see where the fetus is. If for some reason it is an ectopic pg and it's cought early it can be corrected laproscopicly. I on the other hand had to be cut from my belly button down to the pubic bone and have my fallopian tube removed. It was THE WORST pain I've ever experianced. Hope that answered your question....
P.S. I'm now 10 weeks pg so apparently all my parts work! And the doc said things look good so far

First of all, relax! You are having regular symptoms of pregnancy. Why would you be worried about ectopic pregnancy? Have you been experiencing pain or excessive bleeding? I think you should first get a blood test to make sure you are pregnant, then do what the doctor tells you if you are. Take care of yourself, eat healthy, take a prenatal vitamin every day and stay active (unless told otherwise). It doesn't sound like you have any signs you should worry about. Good luck and it sounds like congratulations are in order!! ; )

if you're truly concerned about an ectopic pregnancy, go see a doctor or go to the emergency room. explain that you are pregnant and having cramps and they will do an ultrasound to be sure that the baby has not implanted in the fallopian tubes and if it hasn't, then the cramps are most likely just the normal first trimester stretching of the uterus. i too was a little paranoid at first b/c of the cramps, but after a pelvic exam my ob assured me that everything was fine.

I've heard of females who had effective pregnancies with low hcg phases. However, it does sound such as you had a miscarriage, with the agony and the clots. But the truth that your hcg phases are going up is a thriller. It is NOT too early to do an ultrasound and in case your health care provider informed you that, you ought to discover a brand new one. The best method they're going to discover out what is fairly happening is to provide you an ultrasound. Best needs.

What the freaking hell is your question?
You're pregnant, you feel like a pregnant women. I got cramps so bad in early pregnancy that I took tylenol. They were like very bad period cramps. Every woman has cramps in early pregnancy, read some pregnancy books.
Beyond that, you wont feel the pain from an ectopic pregnancy until about 8-10 weeks, until then the baby isnt big enough to put pressure on the walls of the felopian tube. Beyond all that, you wouldnt feel cramps from it, you'd feel a very relentless stabbing sharp pain in one side that doesnt end.
You're fine, youre pregnant, go enjoy it.

i doubt it, by the sounds of it your just lucky and not having any morning sickness, the reason for the cramping is because your utuerus is streeching making room for the baby the cramping usually gets better around 10-13 weeks. take it easy don't get yourself in a big stress moad your fine and so is the little one inside!!
