You would want to see the wonders of nature (Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, Crystal Cave, Old Faithful, etc.), the historic places (Philadelphia, Boston, The Alamo etc.) and the man-made statuary and such (Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore, etc.). Probably the best thing to do is take a look at each state's site for visitors to see what there is to see and do. Above all else, meet and mingle with the people where you go. For the most part we are friendly and helpful! Good luck and have a safe journey!

If you are traveling all across America the Smithsonian in DC is a good place to start. NYC and time square is a cool place, Niagara Falls is awesome, stop off in my home state of KY and see Mammoth Cave, very interesting, the Creation Museum is now open out in western KY, they say its great but I haven't gotten to go their yet. Out west Yellowstone Park is the place to go with old Faithful, the Grand Canyon is an extradordinary Place, Good luck and have a great time.
