where can i download racing games for free?

I am looking for racing games with powerful visual effects which made me feel like i am really in a real race eg:Racing Gotham from microsoft

I would not expect a modern game to be available for free - unless as an offer with something.

There are illegal downloads - but i`m not allowed to post those here.
Also, it`s not a smart idea to just search for it - because many of the sites supposedly offering them, try to infect your PC with spyware or worse.
