It reminds me of my extremely clever grandaughter who asked what the water on the bus window was. I explained about the cold air outside and the warm air inside meeting and the warm air turning back into liquid. About 6 months later we were on a bus again and she said she knew what the water on the window was and went on to explaid condensation. You might ask what is so amazing about that? She was only 2 years old at the time.

The temperature gradient between external and internal air is causing the house's humidity to condense on the cold(er) window. Turn your humidstat down - over time, this condition will rot your window sills and you'll have to replace your windows.

The windows were not put in correctly.
We got new windows in our building a few years ago. I did not have condensation before, I do now.

If it's on the outside of the windows I try to think of a reason to go in there ('cuz it's really nice and cool in there and that is a good thing if you are in Mississippi) and hang around for awhile! ;-))
