This job doesn't require you to be a mental giant, but great if you are used to living on a next to nothing. If you are inexperienced they will pay you even less. You will likely be offered about 60% of the median income of your market. For example where I live the median income is $36,000 thus the salary would likely be $24k. Your duties are to attend to interested parties looking to rent space, billing, expense reports and allow access to customers. You will often not be very busy but will likely have to readily available when you are needed.
The bottom line is that the investor who owns the property simply needs a reliable person. your eagerness to rent the space will be to your advantage. See if you can negotiate an incentive to your salary by increasing revenue.

I was going to apply for one of these positions and I would not have been making as much money as I was at the job I already had because most of them have housing on the property, so since you do not have to pay rent they pay a lower wage.
Also, the housing is sub-par. Maybe 1-2 bedrooms. Not big enough if you have a family.
