I have a 14 year old Grand-Daughter, and if she even thought of going out of the house in that, she would get grounded by her Mother, Father, me and her other Gramma. Till she is 30!
No way, no how.
BUT. You did say you want to get a longer skirt and wear converse instead of the "Hoe" shoes. I know you want to be a little "Flirty", you are 13. But, you ARE only 13. You are still a baby. Go with the longer skirt option and tennies. The skirt pictured is only a little shorter than what we see being worn at the high schools, unfortunately.

no i actually would tell you its way to much for a thirteen year old, it might look good but what people think about you is also important, dont put your self out there like hat, thats for older women to wear, im 16 and im not like a weirdo that cant be sexy, but i wouldnt even wear that, thats just too much:) pick something less revealing maybe?

I wore that last year and Im 21!! if you wanna be a ref....find a black and white shirt and some volleyball shorts (usually at a sportying good store)
