Cold all computer rooms in a business, are freezing cold!

Definitely cool, but not cold, because then some of the parts might shrink if they're very cold and your computer just won't work.

cool but not cold. of its to cold your computer will just not work. no hot will make it overheat and then you can start loosing for components. so the cooler is better, but not to cold!
